I acknowledge the fantastic Blue Mountains Women's Shed. I met with Karen, Marilyn, and Annie at the Loftus Street space they have just carved out in Lawson to have a look at some of the projects they are doing, like learning how to use an angle grinder to change the height of the kitchen bench stools, and making an outdoor table, a tea box and a decorative mirror, all using recycled materials. 
 

I love that these women come together to build and share skills, have enriching connections, build friendships and encourage girls into male-dominated industries. Thank you for all the work you do!
